Our Winter Park Condo
 Our
Winter Park condo provides you the
best of Winter Park lodging at discounted rental rates available direct from the
owner. Mountain accommodations include a convenient in-town location,
secluded forested setting and spectacular views of the Continental Divide.
Our spacious Beaver Village condo comes complete with a full kitchen,
living room, dining room, gas fireplace and private deck. Condo rental
includes use of the pool, hot tubs,
sauna, and laundry. Meeting facilities are also available at our clubhouse.

 Our
Winter Park vacation condo is
just minutes from all of your favorite mountain activities like skiing, biking,
golfing, fly fishing, rafting, horseback riding and hiking. The Winter
Park Colorado area is home to many wonderful summer leisure options. Grand County is
known as the mountain biking capital of Colorado and is also home to incredible
Golf Courses for those looking to knock a few balls high into the Colorado sky.
There are plenty of activities just for the kids! And, there's always lots of
FREE things to do around the Winter Park area in the summer.
 The
Beaver Village Condominium complex is located in the town of Winter Park and on
the free shuttle route. Forget about strapping those skis to your car and
walking across the parking lot. Just suit up in the comfort of your condo,
step outside and catch the free shuttle in front of your condo. It can't
be more convenient. During winter, the shuttle picks you up at your
front door and takes you directly to Winter Park Ski Resort without
additional stops. After skiing or riding, the shuttle will take you
directly back to our Winter Park ski condo without the hassle of having to ride on the
shuttle through various stops in town. Sure beats the park-n-rides you'll
find at other resorts!
