Rates

Discount Rental Rates:

Rent our winter park condo directly from us and save on your vacation.  We take the prevailing rates charged by commercial property management companies in Winter Park and discount those rates by up to 30 percent.  The actual discount varies by time of year and demand.  Our discounts are smaller during high demand periods.  Our greatest demand is for the Christmas holidays, 3-day weekends and for the months of February and March. 

• Add $65 cleaning fee for 6 nights or less.

• During certain times, there are night minimum’s.

  • four night minimum stay required from Dec 24-Jan 2, Mar 10-28.

  • three night minimum stay required from Jan 17-21, Feb 14-18.

  • Generally there is a two night minimum as the cleaning fee causes a single night stay to be cost prohibitive.  We cannot take advance reservations for a single night’s stay, but we will be happy to book a single night’s stay within 5 days of the arrival date.

Condo Rental Terms:

We require a deposit of two night's stay on your lodging to book your reservation.  Full payment must be received 45 days before you arrive.

Reservation Deposit

A deposit equivalent to two nights lodging is due 14 days after making the reservation.  Deposits can be taken by accepted credit card, check or money order.  If we don't receive your reservation deposit or full payment within 14 days of booking, your reservation may be canceled.

Payments

The balance of the total rental cost (less cleaning) is due 45 days prior to your arrival date.  Reservations made 45 days or less prior to arrival are subject to payment in full at the time of the booking.

We are not setup to send out an automatic reminder when the final payment is due.  Accordingly, many guests find it acceptable to initially pay the full amount.  Before we cancel your reservation we will attempt to contact you.  However, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation if the full amount is not paid within 45 days of your arrival.

As noted above, we can accept immediate payment from your credit card via Paypal.  Most guests like the convenience and security of paying online with PayPal, an ebay company.  (Click on the picture for general information on PayPal.)  When you book your reservation, we will send you a confirmation containing payment instructions with your option of paying by check, money order or Paypal.

Housekeeping Charges

Unless otherwise indicated, housekeeping charges ($65 one-time cleaning fee) are to be paid directly to the onsite management company (BVC Management) conveniently located at the clubhouse front desk.  There are no housekeeping charges for stays of 7 nights or more.

Confirmation of Reservation and Payments

As soon as you make your reservation, we will provide your information to our onsite management company (BVC Management).  They create your reservation in their computerized reservation system, block out the dates and mail you a confirmation.  Additionally, we will independently confirm your reservation via email.  This is your signal that your reservation is fully complete and your arrival is expected. 

Except for housekeeping charges, payments must be made directly to us.  We will confirm receipt of all payments via e-mail.

Cancellations

All cancellations will be subject to a $50.00 cancellation charge.  Cancellations made 45 days or less are also subject to full forfeiture unless the unit can be re-rented.  If the unit is re-rented, we will happily refund the amount paid less the $50 cancellation charge.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.  Guests are not permitted to bring pets onto the Beaver Village site.

Smoking

Our condo is a no smoking condo.  Please do not smoke inside the unit.
