Can I make a reservation online? 

Yes.  While our process is not as fully automated as the big online stores, you can check availability online and request a reservation by sending us an email.  In response, we will send you an email invoice containing a special link to make your payment via Paypal.

Can I cancel online?

Yes.  Cancellations must be in writing.  If you must cancel or change dates please write or email us as soon as possible.  Please review our Cancellation Policy.

When do I pay my deposit?

Deposit is payable at reservation time.  If your deposit is not received within 14 days of booking, your reservation may be canceled.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Payment may be made by MasterCard, VISA, Discover or American Express via Paypal or personal check, money order or cashiers check.

How do we check-in and check-out?

Where: You may exchange keys and pay the cleaning fee at the management office front desk which is located in the Clubhouse near the entrance of the Beaver Village Condominium site.  The front desk is open daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.  If you plan to arrive after 10 p.m., please call the front desk at 800-824-8438 to make alternative arrangements.

Check-In Time is 4:00 p.m. 

Check-Out Time is 10 a.m.  Please return keys to the front desk.

Departure responsibilities include:

  • Leave property reasonably clean;
  • Leave kitchen items (dishes, cookware, etc.) clean and returned to their proper place; or clean in the dishwasher. 
  • Dispose of all trash in proper outside containers, and
  • Lock all doors and windows;
  • Turn thermostats to 50 degrees; and
  • Only remove what you brought with you.

The onsite management company has temporary storage available if you are arriving prior to check in or remaining in the area after you check out.  If you want to ski after you check-out, you are welcome to use the showers in the Clubhouse next to the pool.

  • Towels, Linens, soap and shampoo provided.  Beds made up for your arrival.  Daily maid service is not included.  However, you may always exchange bed linens and towels at the front desk.

Is daily maid service provided?

No.  The condominium is prepared for your arrival with clean towels and linens.  Beds are made up for your arrival.  Clean towels and linens may be exchanged at the front desk during your stay, if needed.

If you need daily maid service you may request linen service or full maid service from the front desk for a nominal fee.

What do I need to bring?

The condominium is stocked with most housekeeping items including soap, dishwashing soap, shampoo, bathroom tissue, and garbage bags.  This brief checklist includes some helpful suggestions to assist you with your packing and shopping.

  • Spices (salt and pepper is usually in stock)

  • Plastic Wrap

Can I bring the family pet?

No.  Guests are not permitted to bring pets onto the Beaver Village site.  This rule is strictly enforced by Beaver Village and fines can be imposed.

Is there a maximum number of vehicles allowed at a property?

No.  It is our experience that most guests need no more than one vehicle per unit.  As such, we don't have parking restrictions or require parking passes.  However, during the busy season it is quite possible that you might not find a parking place immediately in front of the unit.

Do you provide cribs or highchairs?

Yes, cribs are available at the front desk for a nominal fee.  Highchairs are not available.

Can I make long distance calls from the unit?

All local calls are FREE.  Long-distance and directory assistance calls must be made collect, via credit card or charged to your personal phone number.

Can we grill on our deck?

Yes, but only with the gas grill provided.  Charcoal grills are not permitted.  Please do not reattach the plastic cover until the grill has cooled.

What happens if there is inclement weather or if I decide to leave early?

There are no refunds for early departure due to inclement weather or personal circumstance.
